Self Reflection is an activity that focuses on one's desired likes in life which are listed down in three to four levels of importance.

It is an activity every one has to do to find out what's really important for them in life. 

This activity let's you know more about you by prioritising your desires, likes and loved ones, be it people, possessions, materials or spiritual.

We all have our priorities but how often do we consciously list them out on a papers?

This activity let's you do that exactly, as you pick your paper and pen or a word document in your laptop or desktop, you are entering deep into your heart to write down what are the most important priorities in your life.

While you do this activity, there are some important things you must keep in mind:

1. Don't just do this activity for the sake of doing it.

2. Do it for YOU, so that you know about yourself better.

3. Start with doing a rough draft and from that you take it to the final draft.

4. You must be able to list at least 3-4 things in each level.

5. Show your creativity by adding the colours, circles, or any other designs of your choice to make it look attractive not just for others but for yourself too - so that you feel PROUD OF YOURSELF for doing this.
