DeleteAravindha Sametha Veera Raghava(2018)
Aravindha Sametha Veera Raghava, directed by Trivikram Srinivas, is a Telugu action drama that explores deep-rooted themes of violence and peace beneath the surface of a commercial mass film. Starring N. T. Rama Rao Jr. and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles, the film addresses factionalism and the possibility of change through conscious choice rather than revenge.
The story follows Raghava, who is drawn into brutal factional violence after just returning from studying abroad for over a decade, forcing him to confront the deep-rooted cycles of conflict affecting his village. N. T. Rama Rao Jr. delivers a compelling performance, portraying Raghava’s transformation in the film and maturity. Bullet Train, directed by David Leitch and starring Brad Pitt, is a stylish action-comedy thriller set almost entirely inside a high-speed train in Japan. The film follows a substitute assassin, codenamed Ladybug, who is sent on a seemingly simple mission that quickly spirals into chaos.
ReplyDeleteWhat makes Bullet Train engaging is its interconnected storytelling. Multiple assassins with different objectives unknowingly board the same train, and as the journey progresses, their paths begin to collide. What initially appears random gradually reveals a carefully structured chain of cause and effect, making the narrative increasingly satisfying as the train approaches its final stop.
Brad Pitt delivers a highly likeable performance, balancing action with humor as a character constantly questioning his own bad luck. However, the standout performers are Lemon and Tangerine, whose sharp dialogue, strong chemistry, and distinctive British accents add both humor and personality to the film. Their presence significantly elevates the entertainment value.
Director David Leitch maintains a fast pace with stylish action sequences and creative use of the confined train setting. The cinematography is vibrant and energetic, while the background score complements the film’s chaotic tone without overpowering it.
Rather than aiming for realism, Bullet Train embraces its exaggerated style and dark humor. The film explores themes of fate, coincidence, and consequences, showing how small decisions can trigger large and unexpected outcomes.
In conclusion, Bullet Train is a highly entertaining and cleverly structured action film that rewards the audience as all narrative threads converge by the final station. It is ideal for viewers who enjoy fast-paced action, dark comedy, and smartly connected storytelling.

ReplyDeleteTumbbad (2018)
Directed by Rahi Anil Barve and starring Sohum Shah, Tumbbad is a dark fantasy horror film rooted in Indian mythology. It stands out as a rare blend of folklore, philosophy, and atmospheric horror, offering a haunting exploration of human greed. The film’s core strength lies in its ability to turn a myth into a deeply human story.
Set in colonial India, the film follows Vinayak Rao, whose life becomes intertwined with a cursed treasure hidden in his ancestral village. Guided by a dangerous ritual, he repeatedly returns to Tumbbad in pursuit of wealth. The story unfolds across generations, gradually revealing how obsession shapes identity and destiny that is without relying on shock twists or cheap scares.
The screenplay is slow-burning but purposeful, allowing tension to grow naturally. Sohum Shah delivers a powerful performance, portraying Vinayak’s transformation from innocence to moral decay with subtle intensity. Barve’s direction is precise, using rain-soaked landscapes, dim interiors, and shadow-heavy frames to create an eerie, decaying world. The visuals are striking and symbolic, while the background score enhances unease without overpowering the narrative.
At its heart, Tumbbad is a cautionary tale about greed, inheritance, and the cyclical nature of human flaws. It suggests that desire, when unchecked, becomes a curse passed from one generation to the next.
I found the film deeply engaging for its originality and layered storytelling. Though its pace may feel slow for some, the payoff is rich and thought-provoking.

ReplyDeleteChhichhore (2019)
Life often teaches us to fear failure, but Chhichhore gently reminds us that falling is a part of growing. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari and starring Sushant Singh Rajput, Shraddha Kapoor, and Varun Sharma, the film blends humor with emotion to deliver a message that feels honest and comforting.
The story follows Anirudh, whose son loses hope after failing an important entrance exam. To help him heal, Anirudh shares memories of his own college days, when he and his friends were mocked as “losers” in a competitive engineering institute. Through these flashbacks, the film captures youthful friendships, mistakes, and the realization that life is much bigger than marks and ranks.
The writing balances comedy and emotion well. The campus scenes feel lively and nostalgic, while the present-day moments add emotional depth. Sushant Singh Rajput gives a warm, sincere performance, supported well by Varun Sharma and the rest of the cast. The direction keeps the film light yet meaningful, and the music quietly enhances both fun and reflective scenes.
At its heart, Chhichhore speaks about embracing failure and redefining success. It tells us that failing does not define us—giving up does. A must-watch for students and parents, and for anyone who needs a gentle reminder that setbacks are not the end of the road.

Coherence, directed by James Ward Byrkit, is a quiet but deeply unsettling science-fiction thriller that slowly pulls you in without you even realizing it. The film begins with a group of friends meeting for what feels like a very normal dinner party on the night a comet passes close to Earth. The conversations are casual, the atmosphere is relaxed, and everything feels familiar until small, strange details begin to disrupt that sense of normalcy.
What I found most engaging about Coherence is how natural it feels. The story unfolds in a simple setting, yet the tension keeps building. Byrkit’s direction is subtle and effective, relying on dialogue, awkward silences, and shaky camerawork to create unease. There are no flashy visuals or dramatic background scores, but that restraint actually makes the film more disturbing, as if the events could happen to anyone.
Emily Baldoni’s performance stands out as she captures confusion, fear, and emotional conflict in a very believable way. The rest of the cast also feels authentic, like real people reacting in real time rather than scripted characters. Their overlapping conversations and emotional responses make the situation feel uncomfortably real.
At its core, Coherence is not just about parallel realities it’s about choices, identity, and how easily our sense of self can fall apart. The film doesn’t explain everything, and personally, I appreciated that. It made me think, question, and replay moments in my head long after the movie ended.
Overall, Coherence is a smart, thought-provoking film that proves powerful storytelling doesn’t need a big budget. It’s the kind of movie that stays with you and invites discussion once the screen goes dark.

Girish AD
Premalu is a fun, feel-good romantic comedy with lots of laughs and sweet moments, but it follows old-fashioned ideas in the end.
The story is about Sachin, a shy guy with a crush on Reenu, a strong and confident girl. He tries funny ways to win her heart, leading to a lighthearted tale of love and laughs.
This movie is entertaining and never boring, thanks to its short length and good characters. The leads, Naslen and Mamitha, have nice chemistry, though it feels one-sided. There are hilarious jokes that make you laugh out loud, and the film looks pretty with wholesome scenes. It's great for rewatching if you want a cute romance. Overall, it's a nice watch with solid fun.

Breaking Bad, created by Vince Gilligan, is a crime drama television series and the best series I’ve seen in my entire life. The show stars Walter White, a high-school chemistry teacher whose life takes a drastic turn after he is diagnosed with cancer and realizes he cannot help his own family.

Salaar Part :1 Ceasefire
A Prashanth Neel Film by actor PRABHAS anna, which is also know to be a CPR Film for Prabhas anna fans.
Salaar is not just a film for me – it’s a feeling, a roar, a storm
Right from the first frame to the final blood-soaked silence, I wasn’t watching a film – I was living inside Khansaar.
And PRABHAS Anna… what a comeback.
This is the Prabhas we waited YEARS for – silent rage, deadly aura, presence on screen that rattles theaters even when he’s just standing there. Dialogues? Goosebumps. Action? Pure brutality. Emotion? Straight to the soul
Every elevation sequence was like a festival for Rebel fans. The BGM, the world, the darkness – everything shouts MASS. This film proved one thing loud and clear:
Prabhas Anna doesn’t need noise – his presence is enough.
I’ve watched Salaar several times and yet it gives me the same feel every single time. Some films entertain, some awe… but Salaar lingers on.
For me, Salaar is an emotion like for every emotion salaar stays with me like when I feel sad, happy, depressed any emotion salaar always stays with me as an Emotion.
Not a review. Not a film.

To be honest its the greatest animated film sooo far . Across the spiderverse is the sequel of “spiderman - into the spiderverse” All of us thought the story was ended . But then this movie was released and ended with mind boggling cliffhanger. The movie involves character development of “miles morales” AKA Spiderman from Earth-1610 .In first movie miles met other variants of spiderman . They all teached miles how to be spiderman . Being spiderman not that easy “Its leap of faith” .
They all defeated kingpin , and all spiders went to their respective universes. Later in second movie new villain emerge . He was full of holes which he can teleport anywhere , Miles thought “he is just a villain of the week”
But to prove miles that he is more , he evolved and wanted to defeat miles and take everything from him . In the process to save his family and universe he fought all the spiders in the spider-society , its is like hub of all the spiders across the universes where they capture anomalies. This movie involves great story telling of miles and other characters, and the animation was top
Notch . I cannot forget the music well perfomed , it also got so many awards for great animation , music score , story
Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is a sensational, jaw dropping, heartfelt, thought provoking masterpiece of animated cinema!
If you thought Into the Spider-Verse was good, Phil Lord said “Hold my beer!” From the get go, the astonishing animation grabs you and and pulls you into Spidey’s world once again, where it bombards your brain with a kaleidoscope of colors and web-swinging fancy. Every frame oozes charm and style to the point where it’s almost sensory overload. It’s smartly written and packed to the brim with fan service in a way that doesn’t feel gimmicky or tacked on. Not only is this Miles’s story it’s equally Gwen’s, who in a refreshing way, steps up to the plate and does a good portion of the heavy lifting.

Gunjan Saxena - The Kargil Girl
"Gunjan Saxena - The Kargil Girl", was directed by Sharan Sharma. It feels less like a movie and more like a story you quietly carry with you after watching it. It doesn’t try to impress with loud heroism or exaggerated drama. Instead, it shows a simple girl with an uncommon dream, trying to find her place in a world that isn’t ready for her yet. The visuals are calm and beautiful, the flying scenes feel freeing, and the emotional moments feel honest. Watching it gives a sense of warmth and heaviness at the same time ; warmth from hope, and heaviness from the reality of struggle.
What stays with you is how real Gunjan feels. She isn’t fearless or perfect, she’s unsure, scared, and often overwhelmed, just like any normal person would be. Her confidence doesn’t come naturally; it grows slowly through effort, failure, and persistence. Her motivation feels quiet but strong, driven by the simple belief that she deserves the space to dream. The film shows her learning, falling, standing back up, and slowly becoming stronger, not suddenly, but realistically.
And then there’s her father who's the emotional core of the film. His support feels deeply human, not cinematic. He doesn’t push her, he doesn’t force her,he simply believes in her, even when she doubts herself. Sometimes that belief feels stronger than her own. Their bond feels real, tender, and grounding. By the end, the film doesn’t make you feel inspired in a loud way, it makes you feel understood. It leaves you with a quiet sense of courage, like maybe your own dreams are valid too, even if they feel small or impossible right now.
